Worship Service

Coordinator: Bob Bauman

Join us as we worship God on-line during the COVID crisis.  You'll find us each week on  our church YouTube channel, hosting worship from our lovely sanctuary, led by a small choir, talented Minister of Music Rodger Whitten, and inspiring Senior Pastor, the Rev. Robert Bauman. We include a special message for children each week, led by our Minister of Youth and Family Kathy Kipp. We are also (since Feb. 14th) worshiping in-person (with a reduced capacity of 25%) and we’d welcome your presence, if you feel so inclined. To reduce logistical challenges while still maintaining our strong desire to be hospitable, we will be operating under a ‘first-come, first-served’ policy.  Our usher teams will endeavor to accommodate your seating requests the best that they can while still maintaining proper social distancing and other COVID protocols.  All are welcome, regardless of creed, faith, or doubt. Bring your questions. Bring your hopes. Bring your burdens. Bring your prayers and praise. Whoever you are, wherever you are on life's journey, you are welcome as we worship God together.

This Sunday, Pastor Bob Bauman's sermon is entitled "On Rip Currents & Rescues: The Lost Art of Paying Attention."  The Scripture lesson comes from Acts 8:26-40 (The Message).  We hope you will join us either in person or on-line at www.cdmucc.org
