Adult Ministries

We meet together frequently, inviting God to draw us together as we learn and grow with Christ and each other through study, fellowship, prayer, and service.

Offered periodically, various people host a small group gathering for new guests and friends to learn more about our church, Christianity, and your own spiritual journey.  Bring your questions. Bring your doubts. Let's explore together.  Contact Kathy Kipp, Minister of Spiritual Formation, to determine the schedule for these classes.

We have a bi-weekly study group that reads a spiritual book and meets bi-weekly to discuss their insights from the reading.  Contact Kathy Kipp ( ) for details.  Offered periodically, we also host half-day and three-day retreats. Check the church events calendar for the next opportunity for those sorts of gatherings.

Our Disciple Groups offer weekly forums for us to explore the Christian Path together, study scripture, develop community, and learn practical tools for walking Jesus' Way.

Below please find a list of our study groups and the locations they are meeting at. Contact Kathy Kipp, Minister of Spiritual Formation, for help to answer any questions you may have about our groups.  Kathy can be reached at (949) 677-1853 or . Some of our groups meet in a hybrid setting which means that they can be in-person, as well as via Zoom.  Contact Kathy or the Church office (949) 644-7400   to obtain the Zoom link.

Compass Points—Workshops Designed to Navigate Life in Our Community and Beyond

May 16th, 23rd and 30th, a plan is in the works with Kathy Purdy and Kathy Kipp to present up to three sessions on prayer.—what, why and how of it. The sessions will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and conclude with a soup supper.

Following the summer break, we’ll be back the Thursday after Labor Day with a new lineup of workshops.

If you are interested in attending, if you have questions, if you have ideas for future workshops, contact Kathy Kipp, our Minister of Spiritual Formation at
